Calculated heating load: 8 kW. Building energy demand: 160 kWh*m²/a The current costs of the components of our private energy transition are as follows: PV system with storage and wallbox: €25,000 + 1% annual operating costs. Balcony power plant: €3,000. The electric car is cost-neutral compared to a similar combustion engine vehicle in terms of purchase and maintenance, except for fuel costs. The heat pump cost €8,500 more after a 40% subsidy. Total: €41,500 plus any financing interest.
