Tayasan Festival 2024 - Dalit Tayasanon (Street Dancing & Showdown) The celebration of the Tayasan Festival 2024 during the ongoing Dalit Tayasanon festivities was held on June 09, 2024. Seven contingents joined in this year’s street dancing and showdown competition in Tayasan. As an annual Thanksgiving tradition, the celebration of the Dalit Taasanon Festival honors the town’s patron saint; St. Antonio de Pagua. Tayasan is about 100 km North of Dumaguete City. The DC-Team left Dumaguete as early as in the morning to catch an early bus ride for the three-hour trip.
