DIY Cargo Carrier For Your RV / Travel Trailer / Fifth Wheel

In an attempt to make better use of the storage that I have on our travel trailer, I decided to make a Cargo Rack to attach to the bumper. I wanted to use two hitch receivers which will prevent the rack from rocking or moving and it will also increase the strength.
