Ms. Shi extracts important lessons about humanity as she reviews multiple moments and turning points of her life. Jiaojiao Shi is Senior Legal Counsel at a U.S.-based Fortune 500 medical technology company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. from Emory University. She was admitted to practice law in China and the State of New York, with prior experience at leading German and U.S. law firms in Shanghai. She brings more than ten years of experience advising multinational companies on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general commercial matters.
