【マンガ飯再現研究】ミスター味っ子より フランス料理界の至宝ムスタキシェフとの、メイン食材オムレツ対決を完全再現 本当に美味しいのはどっちだ!?

We recreated two dishes from the Omelet Showdown and Main Omelet Showdown between Chef Mustaki, a treasure of the French culinary world, and Yoichi from Mister Ajikko. This is a re-creation of a dish from Mister Ajikko. When I was in elementary school, I often tried to imitate Mr. Ajikko while cooking. I have fond memories of constantly recreating Mr. Ajikko and Cooking Papa dishes as a child. Well, I've continued making manga food even as an adult, so I guess you could say it's right back to my roots. When I got the request, I was like, "Mustaki? Who's that?" But I stopped reading manga after the Ajioh Grand Prix. I continued watching the anime after that, but from around that time, the number of original episodes increased, making them more impactful and different in content. In the anime, Mustaki and I only have a dessert omelet battle. I seem to remember the main omelet battle being against the Aji Shogun group. If anyone knows more about this, please let me know in the comments. I actually couldn't find any veal liver, so I gave up and made it with pork liver. But then, during Obon, I unexpectedly found it on sale at Aeon, so I re-shot it and made this video. This time, I made an omelet for the first time in a while, since my hotel days, but I'm so bad at it, lol. I need to make it a regular thing. So, the omelet battle will continue all the way to the dessert omelet. I planned it in advance.
