Thomas Eckschmidt shares his personal and professional journey to address a fundamental question: What do you want to be when you grow up? With the goal of transitioning from a mere human resource to a resourceful human being, Thomas offers powerful analogies and invites us to a deep introspection of our talents and passions. His talk guides us in the search for the true path to personal and professional success, encouraging us to discover and leverage our authentic strengths. Thomas, a former agricultural producer with a degree in engineering and an Executive MBA in finance, worked in 15 different countries, had a 10-year corporate career, transitioned to another decade in consulting, before launching himself as a serial entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, Thomas has received 12 awards (innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability), filed 4 patents, and published 24 books. Thomas launched the Conscious Capitalism movement in Latin America, supports chapters worldwide, has certified over 1,200 consultants in 23 countries, and leads the largest network of consultants accelerating the upgrade of leaders and their organizations to create a more conscious business ecosystem.
