My First Time Fishing Lake Perris from a Float Tube!

I finally took the float tube out on Lake Perris to see if it was worth the hype. It started as a solo trip, but then I ran into a friend of mine from Instagram and the rest of the day turned into a duo fishing session! He explained where to target, what lures worked, and showed me some good spots to fish. After not having any luck with the rigs I had on, he gave me some 1.5 in paddletails to try. The bite instantly heated up! I definitely learned a lot about fishing this lake. Every trip is another chance to improve, and I'm excited to keep documenting the journey.
