In this Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 pro full review, we tried to list out the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 AI features especially putting Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 AI camera into the test. The Redmi Note 5 Pro comes in a metallic back encapsulated with the plastic caps on the top and on the bottom. The device, however, is quite heavy on the hold and the presence of the 4000mAh battery is obviously one of the reasons for it. In terms of camera, the Redmi Note 5 AI comes with the 12MP sensor assisted by the 5MP secondary camera for the depth sensing. These camera pair helps in capturing some astounding images. The portrait mode is the option in the camera UI, which lets the users capture images with Bokeh effects, the effect where the foreground pops up and the background is blurred. Upfront, there is a 13MP camera dedicated for the selfies and video calling. Since the selfie shooter on the camera is AI-powered, hence the device has an “AI” suffix into its name. Despite being low on the Megapixel count as compared the Indian variant the device outsmarts the Indian variant. In terms of memory, the Note 5 Pro comes in two configurations: one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage and another with the 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset, which is really a great performer. The Note 5 Pro easily supersedes the popular smartphone in the market like the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo, Huawei Nova 3e, Vivo V9, Huawei Nova 2i, etc. It falls behind the Oppo F7 only by the close margins. In terms of the display, the Note 5 AI comes with the tall 5.99-inch display surrounded by minimum bezels. The display on the device also comes in the trendy 18:9 aspect ratio. The device has also got all the primary sensors like the Fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro sensor, proximity, and compass sensor. The fingerprint on the device is really snappy.
