Nikki, real name Nicole Sanders, 32, has been working on the idea for almost ten years, but feels that the US is finally ready for a mainstream pop act featuring an all transgender line-up. Nicole was born Jason Torres and transitioned in her teens. Since then she has spent £120,000 on surgery including breast implants, lip enhancements, calf implant and rhinoplasty.
