New Labour Codes in India
India’s four new Labour Codes, implemented in November 2025, replace 29 laws and significantly impact employers across sectors. HR should reassess workforce mix (contract and fixed term), Rewards should update compensation/benefits and policies, Finance should quantify and budget added costs, and Payroll should adjust processes. With final Rules expected Feb/March 2026, immediate readiness is essential. In this webcast we covered Labour Code changes, implications for employers, and workforce strategy.
