Repair of a Pioneer XR-VS77 CD/VCD and Audio Cassette Player equipped with an AM/FM stereo receiver. This product was manufactured around 1998. The initial condition of the device was completely dead, with the display not turning on. The mechanical rubber tape belt was not intact, and the tape head on deck 1 was broken at the mounting point. Due to the limited availability of replacement components, deck 1 function was disabled. The CD/VCD player function could not be repaired because the optical pickup unit was missing. Finding a replacement was very difficult, so we converted it to a Bluetooth audio receiver.
