Fishing at Uskmouth, Newport, South Wales Targeting Bass but catching Congers

A mix of four sessions at the mouth of the River Usk in Newport, South Wales. Join me where I target Bass with Big Peeler Crab baits but keep catching Conger Eels. Lucky to have some great weather. Two of the sessions had favourable tides and two of them didn't. See if you can guess which were which. I've not edited out the odd expletive as lets be real. Sea Fishing can be frustrating at times. My Goal is to catch a 70cm + Bass. They are around and I did disturb some when reeling in my baits. But it was all about the Conger Eels Enjoy!!
