When I got the Hummer, it was in a bad way, especially on the right side. The wheel was barely attached. The goal of this video is simple: to take it apart piece by piece to understand how this type of vehicle is built, discover how it works from the inside, and share each step of this discovery with you. It was the first time I'd ever dismantled a car properly (I wasn't allowed to use a grinder), so there were a lot of discoveries, challenges, learning experiences… and even a little bit of artificial intelligence to help me move forward with this project. But this dismantling is just the beginning. I'm preparing something much bigger for the future: salvaging the chassis and the 300+ horsepower V8 from the Hummer, repairing what needs repairing, and then using it to build a completely improbable new vehicle… a fusion of my cute little electric Twizy and my enormous Hummer H3 V8. We're finally getting back to mechanical projects, and it feels great!!
