April 30, 2026. Run by The Moscow International Association of Guitar Art (MIAGA), Moscow, Russia. A total of 32 scores were submitted for the competition by 25 composers from Russia, Belarus, Slovakia, and Canada! All the works were, of course, displayed anonymously. Thank you to the organizers of this excellent contest The Time of the Guitar International Competition & Festival and to the distinguished panel of judges which included Vladislav Agafonnikov (Chairman of the jury), Valery Kikta, Sergey Rudnev, Dmitry Borodaev, Harri Wesman, Luca Sutto . «The Time of the Guitar» International Guitar Competition and Festival dates back to 2019 and includes a classical guitar competition, a composer competition and a festival program. Over 700 performers and composers from 22 countries have participated in the festival in the past years.
