But if there is absolutely no way without meat, then everything is exactly the same, only cut the meat into cubes and add to the minced pumpkin and onion. The ideal dough for manti: mix a glass of starch and three glasses of flour, salt, pour two glasses of hot water (but not boiling water), knead first with a spoon and then with your hands, dusting the flour if necessary. Attention!
