After we reached to Inle at 3 am, we stayed at a nearby hotel to Inle lake and then next morning we went to Kakku. We hired an Auto Riksha to go there. It takes around 2 hours to reach to the site of the Pagoda. Kakku is one of the most spectacular Buddhist sites in the world. Kakku is located in the Shan State. Kakku is in the territory of Pa-Oh people At the center is the 40 meters high main stupa, surrounded by mostly well preserved smaller ones.
