A Wine-Fueled Night in Paris with Pierre Touitou: Chef's Night Out

At 24 years old, Pierre Touitou is one of the youngest and most talented chefs of the new generation in Paris. In his tiny restaurant Vivant, his food is directly inspired by his time spent in Japan and the seasonal produce of France. We follow Pierre and his friends on a natural-wine-fueled night out in Paris. They visit some of their favorite restaurants and friends at Le Clown Bar, Dame Jane, and Bénichat et le Petite Amour. The night ends back at Vivant with a late night snack—a play on a Vietnamese summer roll with pork belly.
