Authorities explained that the benefit will be managed through a single return window, comprised of institutions such as Customs, the Ministry of Finance, the National Migration Institute, and the Property Institute. This system will allow for online registration and the submission of documents such as sworn statements, exemption requests, and vehicle registration requirements, including the option of electronic signatures and consular representation. According to the announcement, Hondurans who have returned voluntarily or been deported will be eligible for the benefit, regardless of the length of their residence abroad.
