This is the New Years Eve Party- or should I say "Noon" Years Eve Dance Party! It features SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick Star, and Sandy Cheeks, as well as Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol and Michelangelo (Mikey) and Raphael (Raph) from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT)! This was filmed live on New Years Eve at Nickelodeon Universe at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
