Conrad Khan has been announced as the latest recruit for the cast of hit TV series Peaky Blinders, a role which will no doubt cement his status as one-to-watch - but it was his earlier work on film County Lines which has garnered him industry accolades and critical acclaim. Khan stars in the moving coming-of-age film as a young teenager who is groomed into a criminal network. "[County Lines] changed my life in a lot of ways," he tells us. "The response that the film has got was better than anything I'd ever imagined. It was such an important learning experience for me, really taking me places and giving me opportunities I'd never have dreamt of." His performance has earned him a coveted spot on BAFTA's EE Rising Star Award shortlist - one which has previously boasted names such as Tom Hardy, John Boyega and Michael Fassbender.
