We often speak of grace as forgiveness… but God’s grace is so much greater than that! Grace doesn’t just lift us up: it opens Heaven to our lives. In Acts 2, the Holy Spirit descends upon everyone. Not just a few “spiritual elites,” but ordinary men and women. God’s grace becomes personal, accessible, and alive. But this grace doesn’t make us passive. The disciples couldn’t just stand there gazing at the sky, waiting for God to do everything for them. Grace also sets us in motion, makes us responsible, and calls us to live differently. And in the midst of all this, there is a simple invitation: never forget the grace we have received. Because ultimately, nothing is owed to us.
