Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS, BMW M4 Competition xDrive Grattan Raceway Instructor Laps June 2026

In this video I’m instructing a private client with two distinct vehicles at the 3 Balls Racing Event at Grattan Raceway in Belding, Michigan. One of several instructional methods employed in the industry involves driving a student’s vehicle at approximately 70% speed while they remain seated in the passenger seat. This allows the student to observe the instructor’s inputs to the vehicle’s dynamics. They can concentrate on this developmental phase without any pressure. This weekend, I had the opportunity to drive three different student vehicles: the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS, the BMW M4 Competition xDrive, and the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT-R. The video footage includes two of the three vehicles, but unfortunately, the footage of the AMG GT-R was not recorded due to a camera malfunction. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both of my students/clients for once again entrusting me with the responsibility of driving their exceptional vehicles. I eagerly anticipate continuing to assist them in their growth behind the wheel. This two-day weekend event was organized by 3 Balls Racing, which hosts several events throughout the season. Grattan Raceway is one of my favorite race tracks in the United States.
