What do you all think of mashed potato on hot dogs? Well we tried Brazilian hot dogs, more specifically Paulistano hot dogs (Cachorro Quente). Mashed potato is the signature of the hots dogs from São Paulo. In Rio, the hot dogs are topped with quail eggs and raisins. Sounds weird? Well, that's Brazilian style.
