COLD CHEESECAKE Recipe: A package of ladyfingers 3 jellies, preferably 2 lemon ones A 1-kilogram bucket of cheese, or 3-4 250-gram cheeses each 200-400 grams of fruit To make a cold cheesecake: Dissolve 2 jellies in about 300 ml of water and let cool. Then mix the prepared jellies with 750 grams of cheese. Line a springform pan with ladyfingers and pour the cheese mixture over the top. Refrigerate until set, usually about 2 hours. Make the last jelly according to the recipe, wash and chop the fruit if necessary. Place the fruit on top of the set cheese and pour the cold, set jelly over it. Refrigerate until completely set.
