On this day, I was fortunate enough to have the 100% natural, free-flowing hot spring water all to myself. A gentle scent of iron and sulfur quietly rose from the water, and as I immersed myself, time seemed to melt away from the mountains of Bandai. In the silence so profound that I forgot the presence of other people, a moment to simply face the water— It was a luxury that can only be experienced at a hidden hot spring. This is a record of Yokomuki Onsen in winter, sure to tickle the hearts of hot spring lovers.
