[LBP:TCRF] england_garden_main_tutorial_3.bin

Seems to be an early version of the third level of The Gardens "Skate to Victory". This one is actually similar to the TGS 2007's variant of the Level, but in nighttime. This level includes assets such as a special gate object, and a prize egg. This level cannot be completed without cheats, as the snail shells are no longer grabbable, which is needed to open the gate to the castle. Another one of the early boombox items appears at the top of the castle out of the player's reach which also does not work. Within the dialogue via Create Mode, a character by the name of "The Rotter" was mentioned. This most likely was the early name for The Collector.
