Come along with us as we visit Palm Beach County School District and experience their vibrant school nutrition program in action 🌴🍽️ The incredible staff served up their Crave Contest recipe, Pastelon (Caribbean Lasagna), for students to sample while we heard firsthand reactions to this flavour-packed dish. As we toured the school and cafeteria, the energy was undeniable — filled with music, celebration, and cultures from across the community. With six lunch periods and thousands of students to feed each day, the team makes it look easy while creating an exciting and welcoming dining experience for every student.
