NCP CANDIDATE LIKHA SAAYA ON OBSTRUCTION OF HIS CAMPAIGN IN 47TH NAMSAI AC

Nationalist Congress Party's MLA candidate from 47th Namsai Assembly Constituency Likha Saaya took to Media and accused the opposition party of obstructing his campaign in some of the circles. Saaya claimed that while his team were on their way to Piyong circle, their vehicle was stopped midway by some local youths who claimed to be supporters of the opposition party. He added, the locals blocked the road and prevented them from entering Piyong which is a clear violation of their democratic rights. He further hinted the involvement of the oppostion in misquoting his statements and misguiding the locals of 47th Namsai, who he believes is particularly targeting his candidature and his workers.
