Pauline was diagnosed with terminal stomach and liver cancer, where it had already spread into her stomach and liver and she was given 12 months to live. Pauline and Tom have been together for 33 years, spending everyday, every moment in each others presence. 'We do everything together, but some time in the future, she won't be here.'
