Challenging the transitions
In this keynote, Prof. Derk Loorbach from Dutch Research Institute For Transitions (DRIFT) and Associate Research Professor Simon Michaux from Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) speak about the challenges around larger transitions in society and the role of science in supporting them. Loorbach focuses on the role of transition management in sustainable development and opening the role science and technology plays in the transition. Associate Research Professor Simon Michaux discusses the challenges and bottlenecks to the green transition and challenges us to search a new plan.
