Hello beauties✨ New episode of the column "What I eat in a week" ❤️ ✿Microwave porridge 30g oat flakes 5g bitter cocoa 100ml milk (your choice) 100g Greek/soy yogurt (I use plain) Mix the oat flakes, bitter cocoa and milk, cook in the microwave at maximum power for 1 and a half or 2 minutes (depending on the consistency you prefer). Once cooked, alternate a layer of porridge and one of yogurt, garnish as you prefer. ✿Mega pancake or 4 pancakes: 40g flour 30g Greek yogurt 70g egg white 1 teaspoon baking powder 10g dark chocolate chips Combine all the ingredients and cook in a pan for a few minutes per side. ✿Overnight kinder cereal: 30g oat flakes 150g greek yogurt 1 tablespoon milk Coating: 10g puffed rice 5g dark chocolate Mix all the ingredients and pour them into a bowl. Add the puffed rice with the melted chocolate and leave in the fridge overnight. ✿French toast: 1 egg 30ml milk 1 pinch cinnamon (optional) 2 slices of bread (I used low-fat multigrain bread @prozis) Mix the egg, milk and cinnamon, soak the slices of bread.
