Rustic Tuscan Cantucci are traditionally dipped in Vin Santo wine at the end of a hearty meal. The crunchy almond biscotti are also delicious as a snack with coffee or on their own. INGREDIENTS: 280 gr of cake flour 170 gr of sugar 2 eggs 40 gr of butter melted 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 pinch of salt 70 gr of whole almonds and with the skin 1 tbsp honey The zest of half an orange or lemon 2 tbsp Marsala wine (optional)
