He then enrolled at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, graduating with an award for excellence. After graduating, he became a "muscular trumpet player" and joined the Takasaki City Band, a professional jazz entertainment group based in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, performing around 100 shows per year.
