Among the four-stroke mini bikes, the Magna is particularly heavy, making it a prime candidate for a power boost, such as a bore-up. Considering durability and other factors, the best option would be to install an aftermarket bore-up kit on the stock engine, but the high labor costs put many riders off this option. Many people want to swap out their engine for a Chinese-made one, which promises a relatively inexpensive power boost, but think it's impossible due to differences in countershaft length and gear shift arm length. I'll show you my own method for completely swapping a stock engine to a Magna or Jazz. Using the method demonstrated in the video, no modifications are required to the bike, so even if you have engine trouble after the swap, you can return the engine to its original condition! However, the process requires special tools and a certain level of knowledge and skill, so if you're a complete amateur and want to try this out, be prepared to destroy your engine (lol).
