RICO Suits and Restraining Orders: The Bricks & Minifigs Chaos Just Got WORSE

A Utah judge has signed an order telling Reckless Ben to take his Bricks & Minifigs videos down — and that's only the third-strangest thing that happened this week. The criminal charges came in as misdemeanors. The company answered with a ten-count civil RICO suit built from Ben's own footage. And the franchisees who lost the store have now sued corporate themselves, which means the same people are plaintiffs in one courtroom and defendants in the one down the hall.
