We wanted to experience the challenges faced by Peruvians in the capital, Lima, at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. We tested the Metropolitano bus rapid transit system, the Lima Metro (Line 1), the Chosicano (minibus/van), Uber, and electric scooters. I analyze the cost of getting around and how traffic affects Lima today.
