Chocolate Truffles with milk SIMPLE Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Chocolate Truffles are the best I know😋that's why I made this recipe Easter Chocolate Truffles with milk. The recipe is very simple with very few ingredients. I also add grated lemon peel, it makes the truffles even more delicious and fresh. It is not so important which milk you use in the truffle dough, but it is important that the dough goes into the fridge for at least 3 hours or until the next day, so it is easier to shape the dough into truffles. My recipe for Easter chocolate truffles gives you 48 truffles, you can halve the recipe if you think it's a bit too many. I dip my truffles in 4 different Chocolates, but if you like a certain Chocolate best, you can dip them all in your favorite Chocolate. The decorations are very simple with dried flowers, chopped pistachio nuts and chocolate. It's a very easy way to make Easter goodies and really good to use for a nice little gift. Chocolate Truffles can be kept in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.
