Walt Disney World May 2019 | Ep 10 | Disney After Hours & Our Final Night!

All good things come to an end, and this is the last night of our trip to Walt Disney World during the Flower and Garden Festival. After our dinner at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort it's time to take the resort monorail around the Seven Seas Lagoon to Magic Kingdom as we have the wonderful Disney After Hours event from 10pm til 1am. We love this event. It's not cheap [just shy of $100 with Annual Pass discount] but you do get to experience the park when it's near empty, so lots of short lines for rides, with the added bonus of free drinks and snacks too. We manage to catch Happily Every After, which brings one of us to tears, and then it's ride time. All in all we manage to get on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Space Mountain , Mad Tea Party, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Aladdin's Carpet ride and see the show in the Tiki Room [for the first time]. A wander around the hub to see the castle all lit up at night, and then we take our final ride for this trip on the Tomorrowland People Mover. Then it's time so say goodbye - but not before one unexpected musical interruption as we attempt to sign off. Thank you so much for following us on this adventure.
