SurfSkate Basics- Toe and heel push-offs to maximize pumping power
This is a bit different than my other videos which focus on more advanced skills but with all the great videos on pumping out there, I couldn't find one that highlighted the role of the back foot in generating power. This video isn't a how-to-pump tutorial, proper pumping involves using your whole body from head to toe!
