You asked, so here it is! I've recorded an Ashtanga Yoga practice for you 💘 I'm well aware that Ashtanga yoga is demanding, so we're starting gently. We'll start with sun salutations and standing poses. We traditionally practice Ashtanga yoga 5 times a week. If you're just starting out, I suggest starting with 2-3 times a week. I intentionally recorded only the beginning of the series so you can gradually build your strength.
