Pinter Comes Through with Another Pinter to Replace the Bad One
Using the first Pinter that I bought, the beer I brewed went flat just 2 days after the official tapping date. I brought this to Pinter's attention in late October. Well, today, the 12th of December, I finally got my replacement Pinter. It took them a long time to respond to my first request, which included a video montage of my successive pours and how the beer was becoming flatter over time. They then asked me to brew another beer (they sent me a free one) in the same Pinter to make sure that I could repeat the problem. Needless to say, that one went flat, too. I sent them videos of that as well. Finally, they agreed to replace the product.
