We'll learn how to make the classic Rua Vieja-style herbal liqueur, homemade and much more delicious. To make it, we'll use aguardiente or orujo, sugar, and herbs. We'll harvest the herbs, let them dry, macerate them with the aguardiente, make a syrup with water and sugar, with some brown sugar, and mix it with the aguardiente after macerating and straining it.
