Hi Lovelies! Today I am updating Project Level Up! This is a project I came up with after doing Pan Those Eyeshadows for 3 years and I wanted a way to get more use out of my whole collection and my favourite shades. The idea is to use every shade in a palette a certain amount of times, as well as hit pan on some of the shades.
