Title: Our existence beyond the body This message was preached at the memorial Service of Sister Pheto by pastor Israel Nkodima on 21 January 2023 at Hebron in South Africa. The purpose of this sermon was to celebrate a life lived by our late Sister, showing the audience our existence beyond the grave . We are not in this world forever but we are citizens of another City . He then read 1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭51‬-‭53 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” ‭‭‬ ‭ He further showed the Church that we are the Seed of Abraham and read Galatians‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ ‭“Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made.
