We bought car from individual customer living in western part of Japan. The area that customer lives is quite a country side and we found out that the car dealers there have weird, unfair rules. Mi-kun felt great anger regarding to these rules, and tried to denounce the dealer. The car we bought from the individual customer, the vehicle's ownership wasn't on the customer, the title of the car was the dealer that the customer get the car from. Since the owner bought this car by loan, title was initially the dealer, but customer paid all the payment many years ago, still the title wasn't changed. The customer didn't notice about this until he sold his car to us. So, Mi-kun called the dealer and why this kind of thing happened directly. What they answered was " This is the common way around here." We guess that the dealers around there do such things to keep the cars they sold come back to them. In order to change the title of the car, need to contact the dealer, and they'll persuade the customer saying like " We buy your car in the same amount of money so cancel it and sell your car to us". And...what the dealer asking us regarding to change the title from them to us, they refuse to do insisting ridiculous excuses..... It took long long time to finish.
