It's an example of what a small apartment in an older building might look like, built on the resale market, which has undergone a comprehensive transformation and gained a completely new lease of life—without increasing the square footage, thanks to thoughtful design decisions. Such apartments require more conceptual work, consideration of existing technical limitations, and a skillful blend of the history of the location with the contemporary needs of its users. In this case, the goal was to create a functional, cozy interior for a student, with ample storage space and a consistent aesthetic throughout the apartment. In the video, I discuss the chosen stylistic direction, functional decisions, and minor layout changes that made a real difference in the comfort of the small space.
