Box Hill Walk in Spring 🌿 | Stepping Stones, River Mole & Stunning Surrey Views

Join me on a beautiful spring walk around Box Hill, one of the most iconic spots in the Surrey Hills. Starting from the hilltop car park, this route takes us past historic landmarks like Box Hill Fort and the unusual Labilliere’s Grave, before opening up to incredible views from The Whites. We then head down to the River Mole, crossing the famous stepping stones and following a peaceful riverside path. After that, it’s a steady climb up to the Salomons Memorial, where we’re rewarded with panoramic views across the Surrey countryside. 🌿 Highlights of this walk: • Box Hill Fort (19th-century defence site) • Labilliere’s Grave (the upside-down burial!) • The Whites viewpoint • River Mole riverside walk • The famous stepping stones crossing • Salomons Memorial viewpoint #BoxHill #SurreyHills #WalkingUK #ExplorerJon” If you’re new here, I’m a brand new channel — Explorer Jon — sharing travel, history and hiking adventures. 👉 Don’t forget to subscribe if you enjoy exploring with me.
