RECIPE: Ingredients: Step 1: boil pasta Water 2liter Oil 2tbsp Salt 1tbsp Add pasta in boiling water and cook for 8 - 10 minutes (80% cook) stane and drain some cold water on it and add some oil so it may not stick. Step 2 chicken gravy Oil 5tbsp Garlic chopped 2tbsp Onion 1(chopped) Chicken /chicken mince 400 gram Tomato 3(blended) Salt 1tsp Red chilli powder 1tsp Black pepper 1/2tsp Peprika 1tsp Ketchup 5tbsp Add oil in pan then add garil and onion then add chicken ,cook till it changes it's colour then add tomatoes and all spices and add cook well and dry its water and add ketchup.Adjust salt and spices. Step 3 (white sauce ) Butter 2tbsp oil 2tbsp Maida 3tbsp Milk 2cup Salt 1tsp Crushed red chilli 1tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Origano /Mixed herbs1tsp Method: add butter and oil in a pan then add Maida ,cook til it changes it's colour then add milk ,all spices .mix well.sauce is ready . STEP 4: mix chicken ,white sauce and pasta .Mix well and add some cheese.and add in a tray NOTE:ADJUST SALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE Step 5:take a big pateela , pre heat for 5 minutes ,then pasta tray on a stand and cook for 20minutes on medium flame .
