Tekken 1 [PS1] - play as Lee Chaolan

This is a play-through of Arcade Mode using Lee Chaolan in the PS1 version of Tekken 1. Read on below for more information... Lee is the sub-boss for Kazuya in the game. He is an unlockable playable character in this version of it. ===== ABOUT LEE ===== As the adopted son of Heihachi, Lee holds a semi-important role in the Mishima storyline. He is one of the most popular characters in the franchise for his sleek style of fighting and his trademark thumbs-up & catchphrase of "excellent". Gameplay-wise, he is a derivative of Law for the most part. Extras include Mishima-style axe kicks and Paul's jumping double axe kick. In the PS1 version of the game, he was given several new moves not seen in the Arcade version... for example the infinite kicks and the Lazer's Edge kick combo. He also has a new drop throw, which replaces his "run up and flatten opponent" throw (which is Law's one). ===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ===== ---- In Tekken 1, he uses Kazuya's voices. However, his laugh (during his win pose) is unique to him. ===== ABOUT PS1 TEKKEN 1 ===== This version of the game is virtually arcade perfect, even bettering it in a lot of ways, such as the sub-bosses and Heihachi being made to be unlockable playable characters; FMV endings for the regular characters; and also offering an excellent Arranged soundtrack. The minor downside is that the character portraits on the select screen are static when you confirm them, unlike in the Arcade where they had some animation. I imagine that when this game came out to the PSX in 1995, players must have been overjoyed to have the opportunity to play a "better-than-the-arcade-version" game in their own home.
