An Unexpected River Spey Brown Trout

This is not only a video about a fish. It's a cinematic appreciation of a fabulous part of Scotland at a time of year most salmon fishers don't see. We will spend the day in the huts and bothies cursing the sun and praying for cover and for the pools to cool and give a chance at our ultimate quarry; the Spey's Salmon. Glorious sunshine days in the North of Scotland are not common place and seeing the Spey in the bright sunshine with her waters gleaming in the light is a sight to behold. Please enjoy this video as testament of a spectacular Summer's day on the Spey. A video from the Spey without a Salmon in it is a rare occurrence for me but I hope you enjoy this video and appreciate the intent.
